I stepped back from LinkedIn a couple of years ago. What started as a professional networking platform has since shifted toward prioritizing performance over substance, and it no longer resonates with me. There are also concerns around how much personal data that both the platform and malicious actors can collect, and as an advocate for digital privacy, I am selective with what I share online. (My profile pic has never been updated.)
